**** - Don't waste your time
****!! Pathetic excuse for medical cover. Not even close. I've never battled with a medical aid so much and I've been with Discovery. They WILL missell, so please don't even bother giving you the time of day. I am now dealing with the costs of a hospital visit I was assured would be covered, but of course now isn't. They have no department to deal with claim investigations or reviews, and no department to deal with client concerns. For over 2 weeks now I've been emailing a "representative" (Khensani) who has been incredibly unhelpful, they are now also trying to con me out of additional funds for a termination notice period after costing me exorbitant amounts, and breaching their own contracts by not covering what was promised. Save yourself the trouble and rather go to government hospital - yes, this **** company is that bad.

Their prices are competitive and they are friendly and helpful. The consultants I've dealt with have always been pleasant and considerate of my time.

Honestly Just The Best
Been a customer for almost a year now. This store often has new stock to browse, the prices are fair, delivery is fast, and most importantly - THE BEST customer service! No such thing as a stupid question, quick to respond, super helpful and polite. They take care of their customers and I've always been happy with the service and products, they've never left me disappointed or not knowing what is going on. More SA companies should pay attention to how this business operates. A keen supporter for a long time to come!
