am deeply disappointed with the service I’ve received. I reversed funds last week and was advised that the money would reflect within 72 hours. It is now well past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my funds. This delay has caused me severe inconvenience — I have bills that need to be paid, and I’m now facing the risk of being vacated from my apartment because of this issue. I’ve been patient and understanding, but this situation is unacceptable. I urgently need this matter resolved and my funds released as promised.
I have been planning to write this review for some time now. I have been dealing with Huge Connect for over 2 years and i am happy with the exceptional service provided thus far. In January this year, i was struggling with my connection and at some point i wanted to sign- up with a new service provider however, your support team and a very professional gentleman by the name of Neyo assisted us in resolving our issues instantly and would also constantly check on us to ensure all is still in order. All machines have been running smoothly ever since. Thank you for the excellent service HugeConnect, your entire support team's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction are truly appreciated!!
