Good Company, HORRIBLE management!
This is not a review based on a business transaction with the RMI but as a former employee from years ago. In all my employment years, RMI has to be one of the companies I do not think I would go back to working for anytime soon, not unless some extensiveaudit has been made and some employees in management are out of the company, This has been one of the worst times of my employment, where there is nothing but being belittled to being made feel like your are not of value in that place. Management treats it employers unfairly, if you come acorss as not being a "Yes Ma'am" or a "Yes Sir" than you are likely to stay. Never when you stand your ground and address certain issues you are not happy with. Favourtism and allowing to be treated like a door mat is what will work in that place. If most of the things that take place within that company were to surface, a lot of the people in Management would be jobless. They thrive on making sure that they break you as a person andhide behind their renueration package. Looking for a healthy working environment? Do NOT even consider RMI, you will be depressed most of the time there.
