I placed an order for a nespresso machine on 24 January 2022. The delivery date was stated as between 25-28 January 2022. I have not received it to date. I followed up on 2 February and was informed delivery would take place before 4 February. No delivery date or courier details was shared as is normally done for online orders. I tried the contact numbers listed on their website and their email signatures but could not get through. The landline does not ring and the WhatsApp line has one tick. I later requested a cancellation and full refund in terms of their terms as stated on their website and got confirmation that this will be processed. I have tried to follow up for the past two weeks with no feedback. The order still shows as processing on their website with delivery dates moving out each day by an additional day. There is one email address listed with various people responding but no updates on the cancelation process or when internally they process refunds.
Do NOT buy from them. I bought a Nespresso coffee machine from them on 24 January 2022. The sale showed delivery date of 25-28 January. Still didn’t have my machine and followed up on 2 February. Was told it would be delivered before 4 Feb. I even have written confirmation of this! How dumb of them..🤣🤣 No waybill number or courier/delivery date. When I followed up again was told it was out for delivery. Nothing came and I asked for a cancellation. Was told it takes 5-33 business days for refund. Never heard of 33 business days! Maximum for banks is 15. That’s R6k gone. Please search for an instagram account exposing (has their name) them and if you’ve lost money to them I urge you to contact the consumer protection court/ombudsman to investigate. Please also consider opening a police case. If you haven’t bought from them, please don’t even bother-save your money!!!
