Stop buying houses with cosmopolitan , especially sky city , they are ****mers , look for different developer . You might be desperate for owning your own home , you will never get peace in this arear . Houses are new with less than 5 years , there is cracs all over the house with electricity issue , faulty cables feeding the area .
Wifi extender N300 not connecting , useless product that is not user friendly .
Bad service ever since , we have been out of network the entire week in sky citynow and we pay for a full month. Their service is terible and i will move to anew service provider . We need new competor to provide services had their prices are too expensive for their service .

I Ntombi made payment on the 5th , we called on the 12th and spoke to a lady called Nosipho Hlophe , she kept us on hold for too long stating that they listening to a recording that my decoder is linked to another decoder , we asked for a recording and they decided to reverse the amount and reconnected , i called today and spoke to another guy till he hangs up on me while keeping me on hold , i don't understand if your systems are not user friendly that makes your consultant to take over 15 min to check on the system what's the error and end up not assisting . if clients a leaves multichoice who are they going to service tomorrow , they are the ones that will end up losing their jobs . my dstv has been disconnected again and they cant see what could be the reason and we are paying for a full month of service . What a bad service we are receiving from multichoice
Car track are ****mers , my debit date fell on a Sunday and they debited when there were no funds on my account , i made a manual payment however they debited my account the same day i made a manual payment , i called for my refund on the 23rd of August till today , when i call , only being told my query has been escalated , i am using my money to call and to beg the refund my money back . They debited my account again this month yet there in money sitting there in advance . Every time when i call them they telling me it takes 14 working days to pay refund yet i requested for refund on the 23rd of August .
Not a happy customer .. I bought a washing maching being advised that i will enjoy warranty plan should anything happens to the machine ...within 3 months of purchase i requested for for assistance on the machine , logged a request with request number 1840618 from deft .. We have been calling everyday for over 3 weeks and being told they have dispatched a technician to come and assist ...no one has every came and we are being told one ane same thing all over again .. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy or rely on defy warranty through Makro as they ****ming people
Never attempt doing business with these scamers... I will be canceling mine soon.... I have installed the device with these hypocrites and they can't even track my vehicle in my yard.. All they can say my device warranty has expired, I have to pay for call out fee of R650 for a technician to fix the device My question is what am I paying for everymonth if they can't locate where my vehicle... Never ever do business with these guys
