Samsung A03 screen repair
Two weeks back I took my phone to Globl cellular in galleria mall for a screen to be changed. It was done and then the next day it wasn't charging which as never happened before. I took it back last Friday they sorted it out and the next morning the screen wasn't sensing and I had to drive back again to them. I couldn't be assisted but I was to that the phone now as soft ware issues which never had when I bought it at woolies. I'm frustrated and seriously tired of such service and such inconvenience that is generated by this people.

****phobic sales consultant refused to refund me
Good day I have made a purchased on the 27th of Jan 2022, I bought replay sneakers and replay slides. About some after my purchase I realized that the sneakers I bought foes not serve any purpose and I had them from the time I bought them without using them. Yesterday I called the XS denims galleria mall and I spoke to Lungelo which I believe he was at the reception because I wanted to return them to them and he said they close around 7. When I got there the guy was absolutely rude and I felt indoctrinate. My argument with was: he said to me nope sir we don't do Cas refunds and I was quite shocked of the fact that the sales consultant didn't explain all yo me otherwise I wouldn't got my self into this mess. What I remember I bought my items and I kept my receipt inside the box none qualified the benefit of buying with these organizations. I mean that even against a consumer protection act. No one explained anything to me and to my surprise I only got to know of when I had to return them back despite the fact that I was undermined of my serial orientation never taken seriously though I am a customer. He tried to call Clinton and he was able to get ahold of he ordered me to leave the store and come back the following day mind you me I live 40 km away from the mall and I even told him that the reason why I'm returning them back is only because they ain't serving any purpose and I'm not satisfied with these sneaker and also I'm leaving for Namibia so I wouldn't be able to come back do all this. After all that Lungelo never stopped saying wow and being sarcastic to me I them left. Without any assistance and I need my refund
