Poor, poor, poor. Cape Town centre. Understaffed and slow. Appointments made, an hour and a half later, still sitting in the cue waiting to be served. Pathetic
We have been attempting to access funds in a Nedbank account that is due to the estate that is being wound up. Documentation (on request) has been sent on three separate occasions the last 2 years, without success. No communication, shocking service and no indication when this will be resolved.
