No refund, and items missing from order

I ordered boxes online from this store. I was told that some of the boxes are not in stock and I would be refunded for them. It's been a couple of weeks and I still have not received a refund. Upon closer inspection I noticed that there were other items missing from my order which they did not inform me about. I've tried to contact the store a couple of times, they do not respond to emails.
