I'm writing to express my frustration about the lack of response to my queries regarding my grade 7 daughter. Despite multiple attempts to contact the school telephonicly and via email. I've been met with silence. I'd appreciate a prompt response to address this matter. Contact number 021 224 0778, always ringing but no answer.
Good day, I enquired in 2023 my transcript (emailed centreadmin2@edubuildwc.co.za) one unit standard was not reflecting on my certificate. I was in communication with Cie-Anne Horne, she apparently forwarded my query, at some point I phoned the staff dealing with the issuing of certificates to find out if my new printed certificate was there with my luck they said they are not aware of my query. I have my proof of communication from 2023 - 14/05/2025 asking again. Can we please get feedback from the institution because I tried phoning other branches and they keep sending me back to WC with no luck.
I am so discussed with the service defy is giving on my repair. My unit has been giving ongoing problems. It was arranged with Basil to collect my unit 3rd of May 2023 with time i message him to ask if they still coming no answer obviously. I left multiple messages for him and Christopher the regional manager from the 3rd they didn't bother contacting me. Instead they shift between the two branches Bellville and Montague gardens. No apology from Basil not collecting the unit. Yesterday it was arranged for today collection 16:15pm seen that i had a meeting to attend at 17:30pm and had to leave 17:00pm, 16:45 i phoned to ask if anyone planning on coming it was said they are only leaving the premises. Robin phoned me to reschedule for the 10th May 2023 the morning i had lost my cool. This has been going on for so long and i have to stay calm for all this time. Its not fair to keep arranging and Defy don't stick to the arrangements and pretend it was never arranged before. I have send x2 complaints in to no reply either. I wish i never bought this unit at Defy is just interested making money and don't care about the clients. .Ref 1791615 18th April 2023. my food got spoiled and my children are suffering but why would defy care. They don't even deserve one star.
1791615 ref. In 2022 i logged a call to fix my double door fridge for the first time. I had multiple calls logged up to this day for the very same problem. They had to contact me but decided to contact another number not my number where they have been sending the reference number to, that i have communicated multiple times to take the alternative number off but up to this day its still there and causing problems. So the fridge was arranged but not with me to be collected in this week that is ending today. When i phoned Wednesday to ask what message i got about a part that need to be ordered on ref number above, it was said the unit need to be collected. Phoned Bazil on Wednesday in his notes at Defy he had said he will contact me on the day it's Friday no call from him. So i have 1579713, 173533, 1754423, 1758794, 1791615 references same problem and they want to take the unit again to repair again the same problem. Clearly this unit is problematic and the fact they want to shift blame when they dont communicate to me. I left multiple messages for Bazil to contact me but i guess it depends who you are to get assistance and does not look like they care for their clients after purchasing products. So does this look like food is a luxury and having a fridge?? Im beyond frustrated and yet another long weekend approaching.

Same agent i had problems with in the beginning of the year February. He came yesterday, we arranged for today 13:00pm he doesn't answer the phone neither did he come to my house. Same problem with my double door fridge its not cooling/freezing what do he care but it's his job? I arrange to come home early just to find that i waisted my leave day to someone with a i don't care attitude. Im so fed up with Defy agents thinking they doing you a favour but it's under warrantee this confirmed to switch to other brands instead
1579713 Ref number. Please check my previous review this is a follow up. After repairs at Defy my fridge was delivered. I ask the manager at Montagu Gardens Defy what are they going to do with the food that went off while i was waiting so many days for the agent he told me he will send me an email to state my case. This was his reply ("Was the food loss email sent to the store? Once the fridge is sorted ill explain that process to you"). The fridge was delivered on the 28th February 2022. No further discussion about the loss. But while the delivery guys come to drop my fridge the broke my safety gates key, (the only one i had since 2014 the developers gave). From the delivery day until now my gate is open and swinging as the wind playing with it. I took off yesterday and today alsl trying to find a reasonable person for such emergency seen that im a lady it can be a bit difficult. Keep in mind my children safety the insurance that goes with this. Im lost for words. The manager said he was going to bring the keys last night i waited and message no response around 21:00pm. I do understand it was a mistake but also the delivery guys shouldn't be an a rush to leave and not apologizing and only wanted to report the happening once they get to the branch. Considering my time i took off for the first agent who didn't pitch waited over an weekend to get another agent to get a loss in my food and also the key and safety of myself and children the gate swinging like its nothing. I have no more words
I logged a request for an agent to come check why my double door fridge and freezer is not working. Call was logged to defy tygervalley center. An agent made contact on the 9th we agreed on a time and for some reason the agent didn't get my address at first on google maps second reason why he didn't get to my place that he apparently works in the area couldn't get any signal after an hour of looking for my place. Wish tracker can be checked and settle light can follow the vehicle. Keep in mind it was rhe SHONA no network had any problems to not receive signal problems. So he told me his working time stops at 16:00pm and doing me a favour getting to my place after hours. That was the 9th February 2022. On the 10th i made contact with the supervisor the morning i have all the call logs also. The agent had to be at my place to see what the problem is was an instruction. At 16:00pm the agent phoned me to let me know he will not make it and does not work that time in my area. The agent told me to make provision for his time at 09:00am the 11th, whereby i told him i wont be home from 06:00am to 20:00pm that day and also i im busy the Sunday. He insisted that i leave my plans (attending a funeral thats about 35kilometers from my place) to be home at 09:00am Saturday. I got upset and put him on his place. Remember the supervisor told me he will be at my place the Friday that i arrange at work the Thursday and Friday to be home but he didn't come. The manager had to contact me the Monday 14th Feb after 12:00am to settle this. NO CALL whatsoever. I left it, the 15th February i phoned them 14:22pm to ask what is happening someone took all the details to follow up to this matter and trying to arrange an agent but obviously it was too late in the day for one to come out. So now my meat is all off and i had such a bad expierence with the frist agent that had to assist me and gave me so much lip and attitude as to his doing me a favour to come out and i still have warranty and my slip. And still waiting upon the manager to get back to me regarding the agent who's telling me all kinda stories as to why he dont work a certain time and telling me i need to be home in the morning necause that's his time slot for my area. Or i can let my child be home so he can come at his time to look at the problem my fridge is giving. Ref 1579713 I'm sitting with a problem, they told me all calls are being recorded so im hoping they can go back to that aswell and the agent. The service we should be happy about from Defy and i have so many appliances with this product it's really good but the service they tendering after sucks. Now im wondering should i change product because of an agent?
