Zero customer service
Don’t bother to try use them. Attitude of the lady manger is terrible and customer service zero. They are never there during the hours they claim ie till 5pm and it seems you can never get service or collect anything after 3pm. Her answer is “our hours are fine”. Well then correct them on your web pages or be there when you say so.
