Shocking customer service

Bought their chicken schnitzels from Spar followed cooking instructions but the chicken was so tuff and chewy really unedible wrote to their customer service on the 13th Jan 2022 was told to send an email with proof of packaging etc which I did heard absolutely nothing then all of a sudden get a message on 16th feb 2022 to say they never received anything from me such shocking customer service from this company needless to say wont be buying there products again if this is how they conduct business
