Viennas off with white Substance
Good morning To whom it may concern I purchased a pack of Riversmead smoked viennas last night 22/10/2025 from Spar Chatsworth Centre at 19:30 attached is pictures of product and till slip This morning my daughter took out the Viennas to make lunch and upon opening the packaging i got a stench and saw like a white thick substance so I put the product back into the packaging and took out pictures and put it into the freezer to keep it as proof, my kids enjoy and love Viennas as a quick snack or meal and I find this to be really concerning if I was not in the kitchen at the time my child could of consumed it or worst ate it at school and fell ill I will like you to take your product and refund my money as it was not consumed and maybe take your items off the shelves of stores or till its deemed as safe to consume because alot of kids can fall ill Thank you

Waste of Money
We are incredibly disappointed with the chicken we purchased. Upon opening it, we found it was full of fat stuffed inside, and even worse, there were still pieces of the chicken's intestines left inside the cavity – something that should have been properly cleaned and removed. We ended up spending more time trying to clean and salvage it, but it was just a complete waste of both time and money. Quality control needs serious improvement.

Shocking customer service
Bought their chicken schnitzels from Spar followed cooking instructions but the chicken was so tuff and chewy really unedible wrote to their customer service on the 13th Jan 2022 was told to send an email with proof of packaging etc which I did heard absolutely nothing then all of a sudden get a message on 16th feb 2022 to say they never received anything from me such shocking customer service from this company needless to say wont be buying there products again if this is how they conduct business
