Waste of Money

We are incredibly disappointed with the chicken we purchased. Upon opening it, we found it was full of fat stuffed inside, and even worse, there were still pieces of the chicken's intestines left inside the cavity – something that should have been properly cleaned and removed.

We ended up spending more time trying to clean and salvage it, but it was just a complete waste of both time and money. Quality control needs serious improvement.
