Good morning To whom it may concern I purchased a pack of Riversmead smoked viennas last night 22/10/2025 from Spar Chatsworth Centre at 19:30 This morning my daughter took out the Viennas to make lunch and upon opening the packaging i got a stench and saw like a white thick substance so I put the product back into the packaging and took out pictures and put it into the freezer to keep it as proof, my kids enjoy and love Viennas as a quick snack or meal and I find this to be really concerning if I was not in the kitchen at the time my child could of consumed it or worst ate it at school and fell ill I will like you to take your product and refund my money as it was not consumed and maybe take your items off the shelves of stores or till its deemed as safe to consume because alot of kids can fall ill Thank you

I am a member of nmg benifits with a provident, i resigned in June 2024 and requested my provident fund payout uptill date i have not received, call centre there is no answer for hours and i emailed queriesrfa@nmg.co.za they responded on 12th of September requesting my id number which i sent and no response till now, i wont advise ANYONE to invest your money or get a retirement through a company that you can not get assistance or get hold of, worst funding and service
purchase a Hisense washing machine last year, it just stopped spinning i called in October 2023 Galeria branch where i purchased it and was informed they cant do anything as its 1 year old, while visiting pavilion Game and contacting Hisense they told me it as a 3year warranty i contacted Galleria Game 3 times and they said they will send a technician out its being 3weeks and still no as contacted me i contact the store again 15th March 2024 and guy sais he will get the department to contact me to collect and repair or refund but no one has, i had to borrow a old machine from a relative i think service is pathetic at Game or for even them to lie about the warranty i paid cash for my machine, please can someone from head office or customer care contact me to fix this problem as i am not getting anywhere with the store

I have had suspension damage (Subframe) to my vehicle on left on 23th May 2023 car was given to a panel shop who is Rmi approved, upon collecting the vehicle notice car is pulling to the right and vibration on steering i contacted the panel beater and explained what is happening he informed me to go to a mechanic local not far from my residence not accredited or affiliated with Naked told me he fitted or did job for him he outsourced the job, upon arrival a foreign national asked me what is wrong i told him and he said no he fitted it and everything is good the right control arm is damaged which never was accident happened on left side, i contact the assessor and claims agent and still waiting to know what is happening or to be done vehicle is at my premises in not safe driving condition this is being going on from 23 May 2023 and i do not get any feedback/callback from Claims agent i find it unprofessional and ********* in way car was repaired and also parts said was going to be replaced was not by repairer

i ordered some items from Makro online on the 6th of February 2023 on 8th was delivered most of items ,upon checking items at home was 1 product short Ferrero Kinder Bueno 43g ,balance items was 6x wonderade Berry 500ml and 1x500ml wonderade strawberry to be delivered on a different delivery by Wfoods the next day they only sent me 1x500ml Strawberry and 1x500ml Berry i have sent countless emails and was contacted told i will recieve delivery of misplaced items last wednesday but never have today the "20th" February i call in a lady says she does not know what is going on she will check and call back,Makro delivery/online service you need to send your guys for training or dont offer a service you can not do. Nedbank Home/building insurance is the worst they look for excuses not to pay a claim google and see reviews from customers, i have made a claim water coming into my house damaging my kitchen cupboards due to rain and a shower pvc outlet pipe from outside the home i made a claim on 12th December 2022 i explained to them that it is a shower outlet pipe that burst/cracked and when rains heavy water is coming in, i offered on a recorded call to repair it as floor is slippery and dangerous and i was going to have family over the holiday period and cupboards are seeping with water and was told not to touch it will affect my claim they will send a plumber to repair, 4 or 5 different assessors/plumbers/inspections were done only in mid January than i recieved a call and letter stating it is a pvc and plumber reported it is a maintenance issue, so i asked Nedbanks agent please explain to me how do you maintain a pvc monthly or weekly she could not answer and explained she will get the plumber to call me which he did and he told me that you can not maintain a pvc pipe and he did not put that in his report and that they looking for reason not to pay(Exact words) and i can request his report which i did but havent recieved, i was honest told exactly which pipe had being damaged and issue and even if it was not covered i should of being informed by agent on logging of claim but guess staff are not properly trained after about a month and damages further to my cupboards which are starting to also swell and smell i think it is not fair for Nedbank to reject as they took almost a month to check and lied about sending a plumber to repair all this could have being prevented, i am paying +-R700 pm for building insurance only for R12 00000 cover but got cover now from Hollard Naked for R12 00000, home contents R250 000 and my vehicle for R1000pm including geyser, piping etc i will not recommend Nedbank home/building insurance to anyone but they home loan, credit card and banking divisions are excellent, Nedbank insurance stop taking peoples monies and robbing them insurance was suppose to be a help in need of a problem or event or better train your staff you lost a good client i have had insurance for 15years,1st claim i made with any provider and searched there is no other insurer that takes 1 month to respond to a claim or assist its clients
