A Lifeline in My Financial Journey
Before I connected with Edu-debt, I was financially overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and constantly stressed. I found it difficult to manage life and found myself it total darkness, feeling like a failure. Their service has been a true lifeline. From the very beginning, they approached my situation with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care and I realised that I wasn't just another 'number' ticked working via a call centre. They didn’t just provide a service — Anwar provided reassurance, guidance, and a sense of calm during a time when I felt completely stuck. He has helped me see a clear path forward, and in doing so, lifted an incredible weight off my shoulders. Thanks to their support, I now feel confident and hopeful. I am deeply grateful for the difference they’ve made and truly and highly recommend them.

Overrated venue
Very disappointed with my choice of venue for my 35th birthday lunch this past Sunday, as I was referred by a few people and thought to give it a try. They were starting to get busy and looked as though everyone was all over the show, waiters running around and trying to fit more tables up the stairs by the outside section to accommodate more people coming for lunch. I think at one stage we had 3 different waiters and weren't sure as to who would be serving us, took long for orders to be taken as well as for food to be brought to our table. The view of the venue is nice but the food was very disappointing especially for what you pay for the meals. I think out of everything my boys pizzas were the nicest meal out of all. I ordered the rib & calamari and chips combo/basket but what a disappointment - the ribs were so dry, felt like I was eating biltong, my calamari was tough/rubbery and some of the chips were under cooked. On mentioning this to the waiter, the manager came to our table and his comment threw me off in his response "that's strange" and the manner in which he said it was really off putting, to the point that I felt as if I was at fault. They then asked me to choose another option on the menu - where I chose the chicken wings and chips and low and behold, the chicken wings were under cooked. At this point, I had had enough, my hole experience was bad and decided to rather take my food home and further cook it myself. Very disappointed customer - won't be returning again.
