Incredibly disappointed in my experience. I was looking very forward to doing a tasting as Signal Gun has been on my list of wine farms to experience. My partner and I waited nearly 45 minutes to be served. I went in and asked for a waiter and had still not been helped 15 minutes later. We then left and went to Canto down the road - brilliant and helpful experience.

Very disappointed with my choice of venue for my 35th birthday lunch this past Sunday, as I was referred by a few people and thought to give it a try. They were starting to get busy and looked as though everyone was all over the show, waiters running around and trying to fit more tables up the stairs by the outside section to accommodate more people coming for lunch. I think at one stage we had 3 different waiters and weren't sure as to who would be serving us, took long for orders to be taken as well as for food to be brought to our table. The view of the venue is nice but the food was very disappointing especially for what you pay for the meals. I think out of everything my boys pizzas were the nicest meal out of all. I ordered the rib & calamari and chips combo/basket but what a disappointment - the ribs were so dry, felt like I was eating biltong, my calamari was tough/rubbery and some of the chips were under cooked. On mentioning this to the waiter, the manager came to our table and his comment threw me off in his response "that's strange" and the manner in which he said it was really off putting, to the point that I felt as if I was at fault. They then asked me to choose another option on the menu - where I chose the chicken wings and chips and low and behold, the chicken wings were under cooked. At this point, I had had enough, my hole experience was bad and decided to rather take my food home and further cook it myself. Very disappointed customer - won't be returning again.

Got ask by the front desk when entering if "SHE CAN HELP US " like we coming to borrow money. Should be glad my 3 year old daughter was with us. Disgusting racist black woman. Yes we colored but we can afford our bill doubt she can with her minimum wage job. Go train your employees to approach customers the same in a professional manner irrespective of race.

Went there for brunch this morning. My wife had 5 roses tea. Found slime substance in the pot. The manager explains they use borehole water. I asked if the water is filed, treated or lab analysis done of whichich the manager could not respond. After all food preparation must be ecoli, pathogen, pestaside free. Just to add. When we got home my wife has had bad cramps and terrible side effects.

Beautiful atmosphere. I was so disappointed by the Manager Channel, so rude and unprofessional. She have us a bad customer service experience. I don’t know why she is a manager at a such a beautiful establishment, it was even so hard to get my phone charged for me to access my bank app. Her colleagues gave us impacable service, especially a guy called Magesh. He serviced us so well.
