Got ask by the front desk when entering if "SHE CAN HELP US " like we coming to borrow money. Should be glad my 3 year old daughter was with us. Disgusting racist black woman. Yes we colored but we can afford our bill doubt she can with her minimum wage job. Go train your employees to approach customers the same in a professional manner irrespective of race.
Phoned and asked them to change my bankdetails for my homeloan. Firstly got told by a consultant to write a letter saying that I want to change my account and have it signed by myself and my wife. indicated to her that we in lockdown and in no position to do this. She spoke to her line manager who then told her I needed to come in and do it at the bank. Firstly we in lockdown you idiots and secondly why must I come in when I have a letter stating that I want to just change my details. Asked to speak to the manager who then put me on hold for 15 minutes. phoned again and got told by a different consultant to just send a letter with my new bank account. Please go train your consultants on what to do. Useless Standard bank and consultants.
Phoned Legal services in Johannesburg, explained my situation. they told me the Cape Town office will come back to me. No one came back to me after four days. Phoned the cape town office no one picks up. Phoned the Johannesburg office, they said there is nothing they can do. Shocking that you need to pay for **** like this. Cancelled the policy immediately. Would advice all people to never sign up with legal wise. Paid R180 every month for a year needed them once and they couldn't assist
After taking my car in on Friday 02 November 2018 for a replacement of a battery at N1 CITY REEDS. Service consultant was Barbara. Shocking service! Firstly I had to sit and wait 30 minutes for a consultant to help me and another 20 minutes for a driver to take us home. Then the driver comes and says we must wait for someone else. 10 minutes later he says he will take us. 1 hour waiting time. PATHETIC!!! The afternoon I come to collect the car, after waiting an half an hour just for someone to make out an invoice I eventually received my car after payment. The next day my wife was alone at the mall and the car couldn't start. whiles phoning the manager at reeds N1, he indicated the store was closed and I should contact AA. AA came out and indicated that the worker didn't connect the battery properly to the positive cable thus the reason for the car not wanting to start. I paid R2000, OVER 100% PROFIT for REEDS, for a battery which I don't mind if the service is of high standard and great quality but your poor workmanship and shockingly lack of service delivery makes me feel I was ripped off. My wife could have been ******ed or ****d due to your pathetic service but why would you care as your target levels was probably reached. I mailed the manager WERNER MALHERBE, and his excuse is no one is perfect and I should just accept that mistakes can be made as its human. Clearly he was appointed based on being someone's son. No people s****s,no work ethic but prices is high.
