I've been calling in at least twice a month since 4 Jan to cancel my contract with Vodacom since it expired. However, I am still getting invoices re: data and voice. The assistants claim that my account is on the old system which they do not have access to and need to escalate for the cancellation to take effect. I was told I would be contacted regarding a refund and up to date, I have not received such a call.
Discovery. I'm not very impressed. I followed up with 4 calls and two emails. The last one was a complaint. But I received no answer from your claims department after a week. What is the hold up on my refund?
The manager was very accommodating trying to make us comfortable with our baby with us.

The Belhar branch staff is lovely, professional and goes the extra mile. They offered a wash after my haircut and they know their products. Very passionate about the industry
