I placed and paid my order on the 13th of Feb 25. (Not a big one, but it's the principle) I could not track the order and called, sent a Whatsapp and emailed with no joy. I called again on the 19th and spoke to the so-called support person and he said there was a bit of a delay (not sure what the delay was, but communication is key). I told him that delivery was supposed to be within 4 days after placing my order. Low and behold my parcel was only collected yesterday 19 Feb and I received a tracking no which shows I will only receive my parcel by the 26th of Feb. Yes, I chose the economy option, however if the parcel was dispatched on time I would have received it by now. This is the first and last time I place an order with Ahmeds Textiles. After sales service leaves much to be desired.
I have been dealing with Precious K. As her name states she is precious. She is prompt with her responses and very professional in the manner she handled my query. Thank you Precious, please keep up the greatness:)
