The store supposedly repaired it, saying the issue was with the inverter. But after just one day of use, the microwave stopped heating again. To make matters worse, the rust problem was ignored. I was told it was my responsibility to leave the microwave door open after each use for long periods — otherwise, rust may develop. Honestly, what an inconvenience! Why does a microwave have vents if we’re still expected to keep the door open for cooling? Poor Customer Service and Questionable Repairs This whole experience has left me wondering: Are second-hand parts being used in these repairs? Why does a product under warranty not get fully repaired? Why does LG shift the blame to customers instead of fixing a clear design flaw? They used to be a good brand. Bought the canned sardines. Absolutely amazed at the excess amount of scales in the little amount of fish. Prices are ridiculous. And especially for the low quality we get.
Was disappointed with a relatively cheap, 2 for the price if one item. I contacted Snatcher and graciously received a voucher for that amount. Thank.you Snatcher. Order previously as well. Items received in good delivery time . Will definately order agin from.them. Also had a talk with a very friendly and helpful staff(Lady)
