Mweb poorest service and *******
Yoh Guys don’t even consider this fibre it all starts well till I moved house. Was never advised that it’s a new contract just that they will Assist with setting up the new premises. After weeks of no service and a back and forth of calling and countless emails I requested a cancellation. They took 30 days to call back. To date I am still being billed for a service that was never offered. Absolute *******.

Awesome service
When they say give credit where it’s due they mean it after struggling with more then 3 different advisors at Nu debt for a clear answer they didn’t even bother to give me feedback some even hung up just to confirm my payments Storm Kemp stepped in and put my mind at ease even stayed on the line to confirm I received my documents. 20/10 from me.

Scam of a company
I paid these people a deposit in December 2021, was told to come in to come pay the balance in January 2022 I tried calling them for weeks on all numbers none of them seem to work. Today I decided to take a drive to the ****** store only to find an empty store. n No note no communication whatsoever my money gone... I have sent countless emails requesting they refund me my money still no response they website is also down. This is just despicable. A whole scam!
