I just had to take the time to commend Shelly from Cape Coastal Accommodations for her excellent service. She is the friendliest, most helpful, caring and genuine person I had the pleasure of dealing with. She went above the call of duty to assist us, and for that we are eternally grateful. We ran into an issue with Booking.com where our booking was canceled the day before we were supposed to leave for our little getaway. I reached out to Shelly the Friday (the day we were intended to leave) at about 12pm and she did her utmost best to accommodate us. She found us a place within an hour, however money was a bit of an issue because we had to wait 7 days before booking.com would refund us. Shelly then went the extra mile, pulled a few strings, and made an arrangement to assist us. Only because of Shelly's dedication to her job were we able to actually go on our mini vacay and we had an amazing time. Thank you once again Shelly, you are one in a million. We will definitely be booking our next holiday through Cape Coastal Accommodation.
