I have put a claim for a Tyre and its been two weeks, no phone call, no acknowledgement of receiving my photos just nothing. When you call you press every option available till someone picks up and never returns yours call. My car is insured with dialdirect, im considering my options with such treatment I foresee troubles coming my way

Bad service, I wonder why banks work with such people. They couldn't careless about the clients
After making an EFT of R50000 my App was suspended , Amount frozen and my life was put on hold. Made calls and after being transferred from every telephonic line they have I was finally told Im being investigated for fraud. I was told to go to the branch and thats what I did but dololo. 5 days later still havent receive any communication from NEDBANK. Didnt expert such treatment after 15 years of banking with them.
