I am more than Disappointed at the service that iWize(Old Mutual) is giving it’s clients, my partners car is still not fixed after three months of filing a claim, they rejected the claim and the reasons for rejecting doesn’t make sense as the policy is clear and they refuse to review their decision. Claim ref:1312899. I know you will respond on this with a “Hi we regret that you have experienced this dissatisfaction blah blah blah”
