Thorp plumstead CPT chery
I took my car for repair accident happened in their workshop it's been 3months no communication I have to run after them even to drop my car for repair they made me wait 3 weeks I don't have a car from 17 Dec2025 to date 28 Jan 2026. The manager Derek he's a not even communicating I went last week he said my car will be don't by Friday by date no action from him. Don't take your cars there they don't have customer service at all there were couple on the 17 Dec 25 complaining because they had to go for end of year function n told client by 10am they will be don't they found the car not ready n clean. Derek don't care as long he collects cheques .

Bad record for my future plans
I'm blacklisted by Chase Tracking they telling me the matter will take 30 days I'm in a process of buying a property I can't because of them, I need help urgently please.
