Excellent refund application service from Dean Human

I would recommend the excellent service received from Dean Human Rates Consultants. I was referred by an attorney after the sale of a property to assist with refund of COJ rates. I forwarded relevant documentation to him on 17 Febr 2022 to Dean. Before the end of the same day he replied with a reference number for the request for refund submitted to City of Johannesburg. I received notification today 23 Febr 2022 from the attorney that the refund was received in their trust account and will be paid over to me. I have tried myself with another property transaction, taking more time effort, cost and frustration. Dean's service is outstanding. Thank you
