Unprofessional service provider - Dean Human Rates Consultant
Most unprofessional and, by all accounts incompetent, individual or business I have ever had to deal with. No feedback or responses to requests for updates, no inititative or interest displayed in actually getting the issues resolved - 22 months and counting for the closure of municipal account and finalization of reimbur*****t of rates after sale of property in Sept 2020!

Excellent refund application service from Dean Human
I would recommend the excellent service received from Dean Human Rates Consultants. I was referred by an attorney after the sale of a property to assist with refund of COJ rates. I forwarded relevant documentation to him on 17 Febr 2022 to Dean. Before the end of the same day he replied with a reference number for the request for refund submitted to City of Johannesburg. I received notification today 23 Febr 2022 from the attorney that the refund was received in their trust account and will be paid over to me. I have tried myself with another property transaction, taking more time effort, cost and frustration. Dean's service is outstanding. Thank you

Beware of this dishonest organisation!
Good luck on getting a response from Dean. This organisation is very quick to take your money without consent by deducting frivolous charges & dishonests. A refund due to me has been pending since February 2021. Covid and blaming the council is the new excuse for them not doing the job that they have been paid for to do. I personally called the council and have caught them out numerous times in a lie hence the radio silence 4 months later....Beware!

Beware of this dishonest organisation!
Good luck on getting a response from Dean. This organisation is very quick to take your money without consent by deducting frivolous charges & dishonests. A refund due to me has been pending since February 2021. Covid and blaming the council is the new excuse for them not doing the job that they have been paid for to do. I personally called the council and have caught them out numerous times in a lie hence the radio silence 4 months later....Beware!

Closing of COJ Account - don't hesitate, read this!
I have recently moved to Kleinmond after seven years in the Roodepoort area. When I sold my Townhouse, my Estate Agent (Helen Farmer from Silver Tree Estates) recommended Dean Human to support me in closing my COJ Account. What an excellent recommendation! You send the required documentation, pay the fee and Voila it gets done! Dean Human, well done! I realize that Covid-19 restrictions and the fact that there is a backlog at the COJ offices, you performed exceptionally well. Keep up the good work! This company is a scam!
Failed to complete a simple reconciliation. Each week I will send a follow-up email and each time there is an excuse for why he is delaying in his service. He charged us R950 and we are still waiting on his service he seems to claim only he can deliver in 8 weeks, guess what it is 7 months now. This company is a scam.
