EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Brilliant service. They collected my parcel yesterday and it was delivered to me today. That is now fast and efficient service. Their website keeps you up to date with the movement of your parcel up to the delivery there of. A big thank you to Shaundré for the friendly face I saw when you delivery my parcel. You are a star. Keep on excelling in your job. It is appreciated.

Their service is excellent. A big thank you to Nadia for sourcing the product that I wanted from one of your stores. I highly appreciated everything that was done. I ordered the product yesterday and it was delivered to me today. That is extremely fast and efficient service. The courier company you used is also top notch.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE
Their business house state clearly 08.00 but at 08:15 they were still closed. If their first impression is like this what would it be further down the line? Can their products be trusted? First review on Google maps is already bad service. Maybe I should have trusted that rating first before going there.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I highly recommend this business. I placed an order on Wednesday and on Friday my order was delivered. I have only used their cayenne pepper and it is the best I have ever used. I use it for medicinal purposes.

STAY AWAY
On 9 November 2022 I placed an order with this company after numerous attempts as their website would not allow me to pay for the hair dye as it was only available in Johannesburg. I did not mind waiting a couple of days for the order as the cayenne pepper was also from there. I emailed them and eventually phoned them to finish my order and get the payment done.There was stock available for Kalyan cayenne pepper 5 in Cape Town and 1 in Johannesburg. I was later contacted by a man from this company who informed me that only 5 could be supplied as 1 was damaged. I replied it's fine send what you have.From there things went from bad to the worst service ever. On 14 November 2022 I received a box containing only my dried fruit and my box of hair dye. I was extremely upset that my cayenne pepper was not in the box, not even 1. I immediately phoned and was then told by the same man that they did not have stock to send me. Not once was I contacted to inform me that all of a sudden no stock was available. He then replied they have received stock and he will send it immediately. He placed an order for me on 14 November 2022. I received an email with regard to that informing me they are busy packing it. I received an email on 15 November 2022 to inform me that they have no stock again and will only be able to supply on 22 November 2022. I also realized that he had used my FTN points for courier costs for sending this last "order" which was no fault of mine to pay for but his. There was some strange transactions on my points. I replied to the email that they can refund me back the money into my bank account. I will never use this company ever in my life again. I will never recommend them ever to anyone. I want them to refund my money and delete my account. The damage was done and it's irreparable.

Blatant thievery
I have been struggling for weeks to close accounts and get rid of them. Everytime money is owing I pay it still they do not close it. The app is useless the online banking bad. Seems like my only option is the ombudsman. Don't even tell me to go to a branch because I did and they told me I must phone. This bank is what nightmares are made of.
