I ordered the wireless riff Skullcandy earphones off of their website in December 2020. Last year June the first earphones started giving problems (I couldn't connect to a different phone, I disconnected from the main phone and couldn't connect to it again ). Requested an exchange and was given a link to follow on how to fix them which didn't work . I've sent another email stating the problem, and was told the same thing again which did not work. I later go an email with return forms to be filled and sent back to them but couldn't find the proof of purchase, I told them that I do not have it but can provide a bank statement, and that was the last I heard from them till early this. I sadly threw them away as I couldn't use the product, I believed Skullcandy was one of the best brands, as I've used products from them before and I truly expected these products and the service I've received to be better. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone again.
