TODDLER EAR PIERCING - DO NOT USE AMERICAN SWISS
I took my 2 year old to pierce her ears today and specifically asked if both ears were being pierced at the same time since Lovisa was my first choice however they only had one piercing lady in store and told me upfront that they can't do what I am requesting. I was told that they could execute my request however.... The two individuals at American swiss were not in sync with each other. Counted to three and only one pierced her ear. Meaning she had to do the other one again. My heart broke because I had to hold her to do the second ear. My daughter was so scared and upset after. She was inconsolable. Not one of these individuals tried to help me console my daughter or apologized for not doing as I requested. They saw me leaving, disgruntled as I was and didn't say a word. I would not recommend American swiss for piercing the little ones at all.
