Trendy Thrift Shack- stay away!
By far the worst service! I paid for an original pre-loved bag and sent many messages about the delivery. Charlotte kept on blaming the courier company for non-delivery. When the bag finally arrived, it was not the bag I paid for. I again contacted her, sending pictures to compare to those she shared with me of the original bag, asking that the correct bag be sent to me or a refund. Absolute silence from her side. I know that she is on WhatsApp as she has a channel and a group where she posts daily. I honestly do not know how she is not ashamed of her shameful business practices.

I guess she pushed me in the right direction
Wishing I read these reviews earlier. I had the exact same experience with her… I paid thousands and nothing ever arrived. Charlotte Naude is the biggest ****mer of note. I’ve ordered goods in April… to sate(September) haven’t received everything that I ordered. She ignores calls and WhatsApp messages. Disgusting behaviour

If I could give her zero stars I would. I paid for my items in October 2024. Till date I have not received them. I got told that Charlotte herself was in hospital. Then excuses after excuses. She finally agreed to Refund me. She asked me to email her my account details and amount which I have multiple times. I have tried calling I have sent thousands of messages with barely any reply. It is July 2025 and still no refund. She has said it is **** goods and she can get into trouble for bringing them into the country. I have threatened to take her to court. Her name is Charlotte Naudé and she stays in Cape Town. This is her number 0838213318. Can we tarnish her name. I see she has stole from multiple people. She has a group/ channel on WhatsApp called trendy new community which she still uploads items. Which means she is still running this so called business and luring other people in to buy

This lady is really good at telling blatant lies & *****ing money. I have been waiting for months now for her to sort my order out. First wrong things sent which I immediately notifies her about. Refusing to refund - I gave in and said please send me something different in its place. Half was done the rest.. nothing!! I have been given every excuse in the book & been told so many lies and still I do not have the goods or the money!!! Do not order from this woman! I will be opening a case of theft & *****.

Charlotte is a *****. I placed an order in Sept 2024 it’s now April 2025 and I am still waiting for either my items or my refund and I spend thousands! She doesn’t respond to messages, emails or phone calls. Do not fall for her empty promises as your items will not be delivered. I am taking this further and will do everything in my power to not let her get away with this any longer.

100% DO NOT USE THEM
I have been waiting for my order for five and a half months Unless I reach out I don't get any kind of communication Its one story after the other with no solutions, and no timeline on when I can expect anything Emails don't get responded to and Whatsapp messages take days and even weeks to get a response 100% DO NOT USE THEM
