Charlotte Naudé ***** from Trendy thrift
If I could give her zero stars I would. I paid for my items in October 2024. Till date I have not received them. I got told that Charlotte herself was in hospital. Then excuses after excuses. She finally agreed to Refund me. She asked me to email her my account details and amount which I have multiple times. I have tried calling I have sent thousands of messages with barely any reply. It is July 2025 and still no refund. She has said it is **** goods and she can get into trouble for bringing them into the country. I have threatened to take her to court. Her name is Charlotte Naudé and she stays in Cape Town. This is her number 0838213318. Can we tarnish her name. I see she has stole from multiple people. She has a group/ channel on WhatsApp called trendy new community which she still uploads items. Which means she is still running this so called business and luring other people in to buy

DHL *****ing items
I purchased an item ( an agenda) on EBay and the person sent it through DHL. I was supposed to receive my item in January 2025. I was then given email addresses to contact to receive a permit I needed before I received my goods. It took months to get hold of someone to get the permit only to be told that I in fact do not need a permit. I had to contact DHL to let them know that I was told a permit isn’t needed for my item. They them proceeded to give me another tarif number and so I had to submit a new permit. This was done. I was then told that I had to pay a fee for customs. This amount was R5000 almost the amount of the item I paid for. I was then told that the item had moved to the government facility and I had to pay another R5000 to release it as I’m paying for storage duties. It’s an agenda. How much space can ONE diary take!!! In any case I have paid the amount because I want my item. It has been a month and still they are trying to retrieve my item. I have contacted them a few times in between with just emails telling me that they are trying to retrieve it. This will be the last time I use DHL international your service is pathetic!!!!!!!! This item was meant to be a gift to someone. It’s been months with barely any communication. I have done everything you asked for. Where is my item?????? Did someone in the company ***** it??????? I want my item or a refund of all the amounts I have paid!!!!!!
