I spoke to an employee on Whatsapp before ordering to confirm stock availability. I was told to order online. I ordered online - 84m of fabric and it was confirmed. I was then phoned almost a week later and told they have 26m here and 12m there and 36m and however many somewhere else. I explained to the lady on the phone that I need a full roll of 50m and another piece of 34m. And that I need it asap, as it is for a wedding. To accommodate them, so that they still get the sale and I get the fabric, I told her if they can cut it into 8m pieces, as I need 8m per tablecloth and the rest will be cut into napkins. All good. My order arrived Tuesday last week. Grey fabric instead of brown. Bear in mind, I ordered from a photo on their website. I phoned on Wednesday, the employee said she will send me an email. Still waiting for that email. I then spoke to another employee, Zelda, who was really helpful and tried to assist me. I received a phone call by a male person- I do not know if this is the owner or a manager, who then told me they can't take the fabric back, as it has been cut. I explained to him it would not have been a problem, HAD IT BEEN THE RIGHT COLOUR. I received an email later that stated the following: Kindly note that we have taken the matter to the head of online As the fabric was cut in to 8m lengths we will unfortunately not be able to exchange the fabric We apologize for the inconvenience Thank you What an absolute joke. I had to phone a bride on Thursday and tell her not the right colour of fabric arrived and we had to scramble around and make other plans. And now I am sitting with 84m of fabric, cut into 8m pieces and 1 piece of 12m. Thanks for nothing Chamdor, your pricing might be good, but your customer service and delivery is up to nothing.

Ek is taamlik ontsteld oor die absolute afwesigheid van diens wat ek ontvang het. Op 20 Jan 2022 was ek betrokke in 'n ongeluk. Virseker het die kar kom wegsleep en gereël vir my huurkar. Ek is in die trou industrie en ry 'n Caddy. Na spesifieke instruksies toe ek die polis uitgeneem het- dat die huurkar asb iets soortgelyk moet wees of ten minste 'n voertuig waarmee ek goed kan vervoer en my werk kan doen, ook dat as ek nie 'n voertuig het nie, kan ek nie my werk doen nie. Ek kry 'n Polo. Goed. Daar staan my kar toe nou 11 dae by hulle in Port Elizabeth. Assessor het my reeds 21 Jan gebel en gesê kar word reggemaak. Dit was slegs radiator en bumper wat vervang moes word. Nie reggemaak word nie, vervang. Hulle sleep die kar tot by paneelkloppers eers op die 1ste Feb, en gee eers daarna goedkeuring dat daar aan die kar gewerk mag word. So sukkel ek nou maar aan met die Polo en probeer my troues en funksies doen met baie moeite en ekstra ritte, want al die blomme en dekor pas nie op een **** in die Polo nie. Na 30 dae, is my kar steeds nie klaar nie en die paneelkloppers het nog nie eers al die goed ontvang om kar te herstel nie. Let wel- Virseker se geakkrediteerde paneelkloppers. Virseker trek hul skouers op en sê hulle betaal nie verder vir die huurkar nie. Ek praat met konsultant en vra waar staan dit in 'n kontrak dat hulle nie help as jou kar nog nie klaar is na 30 dae nie, antwoord aan my is "dit staan nêrens, maar dit is hoe dit is en dit is nie hulle skuld dat die kar nog nie klaar is nie". Goed. Betaal vir 11 dae ekstra uit my eie sak om ten minste net vervoer te hê. Paneelkloppers het nou al drie keer die datum waarop kar sou klaar wees, verander. Intussen, wag ek om te hoor oor die derdeparty eis sodat hulle die bybetaling van R6025 kan betaal. 5 e- posse in 2 weke en steeds geen antwoord. Ek is regtig teleurgesteld. Ek het geskuif van ander maatskappy laasjaar na Virseker, oor hul mooi beloftes en kamtige goeie diens. Ek sal hulle nie aanbeveel nie, en ek gaan maar net weer teruggaan na my ou versekeraar toe. Ek betaal eerder R200 'n maand meer en kry ten minste diens. What a joke.
