Terrible service from Staff at Klerksdorp Auto styling
I am an extremely upset client, I called Autostyle on Friday the 11th of October and spoke to a gent to enquire about a set of Vitour White wall Tyres that were on their website, these were 185/60/13-inch old school white wall Tyres. I told the guys that I was planning on driving through the Saturday to come buy and fit them which I did just to be greeted by a rude arrogant and obnoxious staff member by the name of Gert who was unhelpful, then got to speak to another younger white gent who helped me and told me that they do have the Tyres I want in stock and when he brought them it turned out being the wrong set, I already paid and was told that they will refund me, no recourse on what will be done to help fix the matter, just got told that they will email Vitour to give me a discount and will only get back to me on Monday the 14th of Oct, needless to say today is Monday, I tried calling them a few times they do not answer the calls so I am rather sending this review so that the rest of SA must know what terrible service their store gives and their staff and I hope that through this review they will get their act together and treat clients much better in future. No apologies were given for the fact that I had to drive over 200km to support their shop, they did not care.

Makro Strubensvalley bad service review
Dear Hello Peter Readers, I would like to expose the bad service received from Makro Strubensvalley in which they refuse to repair our 4 month old Cannon printer that just suddenly stopped working, to only be told now that we are liable for repairs which cost R4000 as we used cheap cartridges, we have choices when it comes to the purchase of printer cartridges due to the expensive prices they cost, so we opt for the most affordable options to continue making use of our printer, it is our property after all as we paid cash for it. I refuse to except that they are unable to repair this machine simply because they say we used cheap cartridges, this is pure criminal on their part, so what is the warranty for as well as guarantee for!!! Our Ref:2762026 at Makro Strubensvalley, they world needs to know about this store and their terrible service, this is not how you treat clients. We want our printer repaired or refund our money back, it's that simple, the machine is still brand new and this is what we are told, no man get your act together Makro Strubensvalley.
