I have been trying to contact Budget for weeks now. My emails are being ignored and my calls are placed on hold for 15-20 minutes. After this the primary contact person asks me if they can call me back since the lines seem to be busy. I never get called back. The one time I did get a call back it rang for 2 seconds, not enough time actually pick up up the call even though the phone was right next to me and then I got a message that they "tried to call me" and I should call back. This has been going on since last month so approx. 3 weeks now.
We tried to buy a car there last week. When we wanted to go view we were told by the sales lady that the car was going for a condition report, which is fine, that I can understand. After 3-4 days of asking for updates (we needed the car urgently as ours was very old in a bad condition) the car eventually came back. At around 10:00 yesterday (Wednesday) morning I asked if we can come view the car and to see the report. We were told that her boss took the car out, supposedly for a test drive and I will be notified when he got back. My husband went to the dealership at around 3:00 in the afternoon only to find that the car is still not back because he (the boss) had errands to run. So he took the car on a 6-ish hour test drive to run errands, while he had customers waiting for that specific car. Unprofessional, bad service.
