I bought a VW Polo Vivo from Grand Central Auto in Midrand cash on the 24/07/2023 and I was promised that I will get the car papers within a week but it’s now almost 3 months I don’t have them. I have never seen such bad service in my life. I’m now spending money on attorneys so we can get a court order to return the car. They have now started avoiding my calls but being someone who’s legally experienced I know the law will catch up with them and they will have to act at their cost. As a business person, I have bought +- 50 cars in my life and I have never seen something like this from a dealership.

Don't buy on those people,they are *****'s selling faulty vehicles with false information on there adverti*****ts online,I bought a car there last year the car had a problem of window mechanism motor they **** when they deliver it said the motor was fixed but the window was not fixed Aircon was not working the car was jacking showing the oil light I sent it back for fixing they failed to fix it ignoring my calls and my text this is a **** garage even the owner is so rude

I would not advise buy a car from this so called dealer. They are unprofessional and ******. I wanted to buy from them a red BMW 316. From the photos it looked squeaky clean. On arrival for pick, on the 18 May 2023, it was at the workshop to have the waterpump fixed; the front bumper got sprayed; and for the whole it was taken somewhere to fix the upholstery. I waited all that time, being assured that it is in good condition. Where it came, at sunset, the body had different colour paints; the boot was not closing, resulting in the constant beeping sound and warning light from the dashboard; the rubber door handle was peeling; the inside dirty with scratches. I declined and cancelled, something which did not go well with the salesperson or owner, Grant, who was visibly angry. I later requested, my R999 deposit, which I was promised to get in a month's time. It did not happen. A reminder, to pay same, fell on deaf ears. I will advise anyone not to deal with these guys, especially, the owner Grant. I will recover my money legally, especially, viewing the way I was treated after I refused to take the car. The owner, giving me a cold shoulder, even causing to be late to catch a bus back to Northern Cape, etc This is the last message received from Grant in July 2023: [07/17, 10:13] Grand Central Auto: Morning. The refund will be done by end of this week. Thank you Save to say, that also did not happen. Instead, my follow up message on 28 July was ignored.

Do not buy cars from these guys located in Midrand, Monica's place. I repeat do not! I bought a car in November 2021 there. Firstly the car was not washed - had to ask for it to be cleaned before leaving with it. Secondly, the spare key could not be located and I was assured that it would be sent to me with the car registration documents. Documents were sent, key was not in the package and nothing was mentioned from their side. Empty promises on getting the key were made but nothing materialised. Had to get lawyers involved to assist with the matter. Ten months later, they deposited the money for me to buy the key. They wanted to give me an aftermarket key which I refused. They lied from the onset. They knew there was no spare key. They can't provide history on the cars they sell - you never know if it is stolen, accident damage, etc. Thirdly, they use bogus mechanics to fix the cars in their backyard without proper tools. If the price looks too good, think twice

We tried to buy a car there last week. When we wanted to go view we were told by the sales lady that the car was going for a condition report, which is fine, that I can understand. After 3-4 days of asking for updates (we needed the car urgently as ours was very old in a bad condition) the car eventually came back. At around 10:00 yesterday (Wednesday) morning I asked if we can come view the car and to see the report. We were told that her boss took the car out, supposedly for a test drive and I will be notified when he got back. My husband went to the dealership at around 3:00 in the afternoon only to find that the car is still not back because he (the boss) had errands to run. So he took the car on a 6-ish hour test drive to run errands, while he had customers waiting for that specific car. Unprofessional, bad service.

No matter how desparate you are do not buy a car from this dealership, i honestly regret buying my car from here due to the lack of customer support and how i have to chase the owners of the dealership just for them to stop taking my calls at the end even now i am not able to drive my other due to a car purchased from them

Morning hellopeter I bought a car last week on de 25 of August to so called dealer but de problem is de license disc expired on last month on de 31 of July 2020....I can advise every one not to buy dere. De don't ever follow consumer regulations. De policy Dat de road is unprofessional.
