I would not advise buy a car from this so called dealer. They are unprofessional and ******. I wanted to buy from them a red BMW 316. From the photos it looked squeaky clean. On arrival for pick, on the 18 May 2023, it was at the workshop to have the waterpump fixed; the front bumper got sprayed; and for the whole it was taken somewhere to fix the upholstery. I waited all that time, being assured that it is in good condition. Where it came, at sunset, the body had different colour paints; the boot was not closing, resulting in the constant beeping sound and warning light from the dashboard; the rubber door handle was peeling; the inside dirty with scratches. I declined and cancelled, something which did not go well with the salesperson or owner, Grant, who was visibly angry. I later requested, my R999 deposit, which I was promised to get in a month's time. It did not happen. A reminder, to pay same, fell on deaf ears. I will advise anyone not to deal with these guys, especially, the owner Grant. I will recover my money legally, especially, viewing the way I was treated after I refused to take the car. The owner, giving me a cold shoulder, even causing to be late to catch a bus back to Northern Cape, etc This is the last message received from Grant in July 2023: [07/17, 10:13] Grand Central Auto: Morning. The refund will be done by end of this week. Thank you Save to say, that also did not happen. Instead, my follow up message on 28 July was ignored.
