FAIRHAVEN FURNITURE IS A SCAM!!

My husband & I ordered couches for R14 000 from Fairhaven Furniture on 14th Nov 2021, and after much delays from their side (obviously!) they finally delivered our couches on 1st Dec 2021. But immediately after getting our couches we realized that this was not at all what we ordered! We contacted them, sent them pictures of what we ordered vs. what they delivered. And then they promised to send a driver to fetch the couches so they could make us new couches from scratch. And that was the last day I had successful contact with them! They have been dodging our calls, Whatsapp texts and emails. And when you do get get ahold of them, you are promised lies by Lisa, Dumisani, Karabo and anyone that will answer the call! My husband went to their factory on 26th Jan 2022 and they gave us a letter stating that they’d deliver the new couches & a courtesy ottoman after 9 working days. My husband went back to the factory and it is EMPTY!!! The scammers have disappeared with our money and we are left with rubbish couches!
