SCAM Alert!!!!!!
What a SCAM.... to all the people that have been scammed by this company please get into contact with me.....we (me and 10 other people that have been scammed) want answers. How can people get away with stealing other people's money!!!!!

FAIRHAVEN FURNITURE IS A SCAM!!
My husband & I ordered couches for R14 000 from Fairhaven Furniture on 14th Nov 2021, and after much delays from their side (obviously!) they finally delivered our couches on 1st Dec 2021. But immediately after getting our couches we realized that this was not at all what we ordered! We contacted them, sent them pictures of what we ordered vs. what they delivered. And then they promised to send a driver to fetch the couches so they could make us new couches from scratch. And that was the last day I had successful contact with them! They have been dodging our calls, Whatsapp texts and emails. And when you do get get ahold of them, you are promised lies by Lisa, Dumisani, Karabo and anyone that will answer the call! My husband went to their factory on 26th Jan 2022 and they gave us a letter stating that they’d deliver the new couches & a courtesy ottoman after 9 working days. My husband went back to the factory and it is EMPTY!!! The scammers have disappeared with our money and we are left with rubbish couches!

Bad service delivery
They haven't delivered my furniture which is a couch and headboard since November 2021 and aren't picking up my calls also they aren't refunding me nor updating me. All they have been doing is lying to me on WhatsApp and ignoring my calls it's draining me

The worst scammers! Don’t buy anything from them!!
NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Jack from Fairhaven keeps you updated until 2 weeks before you get your order delivered!!! Then SILENCE! They’ve haven’t fulfilled my order nor said anything nor refunded my 50% deposit!! No one responds on their Instagram inbox, WhatsApp line, emails! I have no idea where my order is! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! You’ll lose your money!!!

Scam Shop. Fraudsters. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
This business is a scam. We have been waiting for our furniture since November 2021. Each day they spin different stories. I am going to report them for fraud. They are withholding 30K of my money and spin stories everyday about why that money can not be refunded. Stay away from this business for your own good. Save yourself the headache of dealing with fraudsters.
