Not sure if I have to write another review , I saw a response however never got timelines like the last time I spoke to one of the ladies from there. have a merchant account 4640675 under my business with standard, I've managed to send all verification docs. Surely the chargeback is there to protect the consumer? However my batches have been held back and it has cost me greatly as I've had to fork out costs & of course the integrity of myself and the business now without having to be able to pay costs and suppliers. Please can you release the batches merchant number: ********** AMN

Worked with Pepsico / Simba as a Senior Professional and NBC was and still running the fund yet 3 months later provident fund has still not been paid.
Been trying to get my account unfrozen with no joy, please can you guys help me since there's been a lack of communication from the business and I have not been updated on progress which is really unfair since I have been given a timeline on resolutions
Lol I got scammed hard by these guys. Now they're telling me they have liquidated the company. No refund . Niks.
I have been calling everyday endlessly , going for 2 weeks soon trying to add an administrator on my account. I did get an email & responded to it "without changing the subject line" with all the requested docs but still have not had a response to resolve the matter. Please can you help urgently as it is stalling the running of the business.
I had a terrible experience with mi-way last week Thursday, my partner was stuck in midrand as she had a Tyre burst, the Tyre was a run flat & I went to go get a replacement Tyre however they were not able to fix this and we had to get the car towed. Upon waiting for 3 hours the tow truck came but the amounts they were telling us were different to what mi-way had communicated, we picked up that the tow truck is charging their own prices that are different to what mi-way had contracted and as a result clearly running a side scam. This truly inconvenienced us as we with a baby and it was really cold, after fighting and threatening only then did the owner of the truck decide they would take us at a reduced / right fee. This was not on & truly disappointing that a big company like this can be running scams with employees on such a scale...
<p>I sent fnb a letter on a charge in disputing that happened online,It was promised after 30 days the dispute would be settled and cheque account adjusted... till this day nothing has happened and I don't get any more responses from FNB ,the last response received was that after 10 business days the matter would be settled,were now chasing 3 weeks and nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p>
