Worst service provider ever!! I decided to order a LTE Package, but decided to cancel my order. I went onto client zone to cancel my order, i then phoned in to make sure i canceled properly, the guy then told me to send a request through to their accounts to request the cancelation which I did. I then got a response from Afrihost confirming that my order has been canceled. Afrihost then tried TWICE to debit off my account for the LTE package after I canceled the order and sending a generating email and SMS telling me to settle what i owe them by a certain date. I then got hold of their WhatsApp line whom told me on their end that my order was never canceled in the first place and according to them, i sent them proof of the email that they sent me and they told me to send another request via accounts to request to cancel my order AGAIN. I honestly don't know what will come of it going through this again when they didn't do their jobs properly the first time - absolute waste of my time, Since I have been with them for quite some time, they will loose another loyal customer due to their poor disgusting service. I will NOT recommend them to anyone.
Don't waste your money on them. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST. Imagine paying R767 for a service that's gives you internet issues EVERY DAY. I can't stress this enough. Please run away while you still can and don't do business with them!!! They will leave a bad taste in your mouth where you'd have Nothing nice to say ABOUT them. Once you experience it, you'll know.
