Horrible rude!! No service at all. Do not pay their municipality accounts even though tennants pay on time every month. Thieves!! Liars!! Scammers!! No maintenance no service at all!! Just laughs at complaints. No business savvy at all!
UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! On the 15th of Feb I called Vodacom to make my one contract that is paid up a prepaid number. My other contract (modem) they were supposed to upgrade from 20 Gig to 80 gig plus a new modem. I received the modem on the 28th of Feb, but the data was not loaded. Then my daughter (12 year old) told me on the 2nd of March she was sent 80 gig data. I immediately called vodacom to sort out the mistake they made. I spoke to four people but no action was taken to rectify their mistake. I was told they will cancel the upgrade and they will call me back within 24 hours - which never happened. Two days later, today, I called them again and I was told no action was EVEN TAKEN on the system to organize the collection of the modem OR to cancel the incorrect upgrade that was made by them - that was NEVER supposed to happen in the first place! Up to no I had no joy with any answers or solutions from Vodacom. I keep on getting transfered to different departments with no answers!!!
