Unbelievable service
The best choice I made. They assisted me through the most difficult move. The only stable, reliable factor throughout the move. Its already stressful and chaotic, however the support is unbelievable. The best decision I made. I will be telling everyone about them.😊 It's good to know that people still care.

Stay clear.scam fraud.travelstart doesn't care about clients
Warning...stay away ..scamers...they steal your 💰 money and leave you in the learch. My grand father passed away and I booked tickets for my sister and I. They took the funds and didn't book the tickets. I had queried the whole day on all the relevant platforms. But they couldn't care less. No compassion. No care for clients. The response I get was they will contact me on 72 hrs. My flights was suppose to be booked the same evening to which Iade them aware and the current dilemma I faxed...still no concern... I had to drive to the airport to find out if the tickets had been confirmed. Toy surprise they were not. I had to borrow funds and rebook for myself. As I didnt have funds for my sister. My sister misssed her grand father's funeral coz of these rouges,and cheats. I get a mail days afwt the ordeal from travel start. Not fully readingy full complaint advising me that the funds were not deducted and I must rebook on there portal. What the hell. I want my full refund. I am go going through the most and I will be taking this to the newspaper and also advise Devi from the Tv reality show , to notify how you treat your customers. Now you have my money and conviently the funds were not deducted. Stay clear if travelstart. They are frauds and and don't care about the clients . They will be on tv soon I wish I could rate them in negatives
