Excellent Customer Service Experience
Aaron called me when I was having trouble resetting my login details and was absolutely brilliant. His friendly approach immediately put me at ease, and he walked me through the reset process effortlessly. Within minutes, I was back in my account and able to complete my purchases without any further issues. Aaron's efficiency and warm customer service made what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth one. Highly recommend!

Great Customer Service from Optimized
I recently bought some nootropics from optimized.co.za and unfortunately there was a mixup with the courier company who took over a week to deliver the items, once i contacted optimized to assist via Twitter. They wasted no time to resolve the mixup and took upon themselves to go the extra mile to apologize for the incident. Thank you optimized, apart from the great products, you ace on customer service too :)
