Shocking and very sad state of affairs
This dump should be getting a negative star rating! After my mom passed away at Stanger Hospital (mainly due to staff negligence), we unfortunately had to admit my father there...To no surprise, the service was/is non-existent. He has gotten more bedsores now after only two days because the nurses couldn't be bothered to move him. The nurses refuse to assist with feeding patients but yet there is a strict visiting hour only so you have only a few minutes in a day to get food to your loved-one. Staff shout and sing out loudly with zero regard for anyone else around them. Why take on the profession if you have absolutely no intension of giving a **** about patients? I am beyond shocked at the complete arrogance and, quite frankly, **** attitude of the staff! Very sad to see patients suffering while the staff hang around on the chairs and counters glued to their phones 😢

Snatcher snatches your money!
I purchased a few items online from Snatcher in December 2023. Snatcher advised that there was a technical issue and my payment was received but the order was not processed. After multiple attempts to get a response from Snatcher, they advised that I would be refunded within 7 days. I have not been refunded the R700 and Snatcher simply ignores any emails or my online requests. Be very careful of this company, they will happily take your money and then not follow through on the order or even try and correct a mistake they have made.

One star is too high
Against my better judgment, I decided to purchase online from Snatcher on Saturday, 2 Dec 2023 . I received a payment confirmation from my bank but no order was confirmed, or order number received from Snatcher. I 1st confirmed with my bank that the payment was made and they advised that it was approved on their side but Snatcher needed to bank/receipt the payment. This was explained via email as Snatcher does not take any phone calls. The consultants simply told me to send a proof of payment. When I explained further, the same instruction so send a pop was given. The payment has now gone off of my bank account (details sent to Snatcher) and no assistance or information has been received. Do not order from this company! It is near impossible to get any assistance from them. Maybe one day I will receive my order or a refund of R700.

Rude staff
I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Price Home at Northgate Mall today. I was the only person in the queue so I proceeded directly towards the only staff member behind the counter. I was welcomed with a "Pretty! Customer!". Pretty never arrived. "Packet!" was the only word this rude and impatient woman managed to get out without even looking in my direction. This is totally uncalled for and unnecessary! There are many people in this country begging to work yet this nasty woman gets to ruin my shopping experience. Do yourself a favour and avoid shopping here!
