Good day, For a long time wears having problems with the Vredenburg Clinic. I am a chronic patient with type 1 diabetes, cardiac patient. Since 2020 I am not allowed to see the Dr. The sister of the clinic must diagnose me and then the Dr just signs it off. So once again I am not allowed to be seen by a Dr. Every two months my meds are short then she just pulls up her shoulders and is extremely rude. This morning Myself and my partner returned to the clinic to have blood drawn as per appointment. We did not have masks due to the fact that government declared that masks could be worn by choice or not.Very rudly she dismissed us because we do not have masks saying goverment stipulates that in health facilities masks is compulsory for the public. Inside the clinic is a notice that should you not have a mask they will provide a disposable mask. My question is why were we turned away without being offered a mask. I feel very unhappy and felt treated very bad by this sister. She is in charge of The Vredenburg Town clinic. Since when is this sister a doctor to decide whether we may get medical attention or not. I opened a account with Nedbank at the Vredenburg branch on Tuesday 15 February 2022 at 11h00. Now 20 days later I have still not received my bankcard. After several visits to the branch and numerous calls I still had no joy. I went in to the bank 2 weeks ago then the re ordered the card. I went back to the branch last Saturday 26 February 2022 just to stand outside in the terrible heat. When I went into the bank the lady at counter 13 was very rude and insulting to me that I felt compelled to turn around and leave the bank without achieving anything. Yesterday afternoon I called the Nedbank Call centre to enquire about the card I Still have not received. The lady informed me to go to the branch in Vredenburg because the bank card has been delivered there. This morning I returned very reluctantly to this branch after the bad experience I encountered last Saturday. Myself and my husband got the bank after walking from home again, just to be kept waiting in the blazing sun again.(all clients were complaining). Then the incompetent security guard let my husband go inside while I still had to wait outside. He knew we were together. After my husband lodged a complaint at reception, the reception lady came outside to fetch me. When we eventually got helped at counter 16 by a verblind teller she told us that we were misled by call centre and lied to because the card has still not arrived. This is now 20 days. When I opened the account on 15 February I changed banking details at my employer so that my salary could be paid into this new account. Due to The tardiness and unprofessionalism of Nedbank and their employees I had to inconvenience myself and my employer to reverse the change of banking details back to my old bank otherwise they will not be able to deposit my salary. I have never ever in my life experienced such problems and dissapointment from any other bank. I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed with Nedbank. I will be returning to the branch in Vredenburg in the coming week to cancel this account and I will never again even consider opening an account at Nedbank . Nedbank?? Never ever again.
