15K scam , No follow up communication

I placed an order on the 11th November 2021 and did not receive any response or follow up communication from the company as to what's going. Upon requesting for a refund, sending emails to the accounts and visiting the website still I am yet get assistance. Anyone who wants to do business with Royal Palace better beware that they are scammers 🚩🚩🚩
