30.10.2021 I bought outdoor furniture Prussia from Royal palace and made EFT payments. On the 23.12.2021 I visited their shop only to be told by the security guard that the furniture store is closed down. Until today royal palace furniture store never delivered my order. I made several calls but non replied.

I ordered and paid for 2 bedside cabinets last year August. I have not received my order and I hear they have closed down. Together, we all need to lay a claim to get our money back, if only part. Any suggestions. They showed me the frame work at one stage, in the warehouse. Could they not just send that to me at least? Or are these frames belonging to dozen of others too?

I ordered and paid for 2 bedside cabinets last year August. I have not received my order and I hear they have closed down. Together, we all need to lay a claim to get our money back, if only part. I placed an order on the 11th November 2021 and did not receive any response or follow up communication from the company as to what's going. Upon requesting for a refund, sending emails to the accounts and visiting the website still I am yet get assistance. Anyone who wants to do business with Royal Palace better beware that they are scammers 🚩🚩🚩

I placed my order on 29 Jan 2022. No confirmation email or sms. I sent them a whatsapp. 31 Jan 22 they confirmed my order and told me I would receive it within the next week. No apology. 15 Feb 22 I followed up on m order. I had not received a confirmation email/sms or even a tracking number. I was told to use my order number. I was told delivery would be within the next 7-14 days. Still no apology. 02 Mar 22 I contact them again. No response via whatsapp. 03 March 22 I send a whatsapp message and I try to call them. All I get is an auto response on whatsapp. Calls are going to voicemail. I had to check their website to see that they closed down. They do not communicate r even apologise and I have no way to get my furniture or money back from what I am seeing from other reviews. I may have to make this a legal matter if they do not refund me or give me my order.

Okay so the shop closed down and i had a laybuy with them. I am just annoyed that they didnt think to maybe communicate this with us the customers. The website says they will refund the laybuys, i sent emails with proof of payments and my proof of banking details. Hoping to recieve my refund soon.
