I placed my order on 29 Jan 2022. No confirmation email or sms. I sent them a whatsapp. 31 Jan 22 they confirmed my order and told me I would receive it within the next week. No apology. 15 Feb 22 I followed up on m order. I had not received a confirmation email/sms or even a tracking number. I was told to use my order number. I was told delivery would be within the next 7-14 days. Still no apology. 02 Mar 22 I contact them again. No response via whatsapp. 03 March 22 I send a whatsapp message and I try to call them. All I get is an auto response on whatsapp. Calls are going to voicemail. I had to check their website to see that they closed down. They do not communicate r even apologise and I have no way to get my furniture or money back from what I am seeing from other reviews. I may have to make this a legal matter if they do not refund me or give me my order.
