2 Upgrades on the same number done in the last week and upon receiving a call from the dept arranging delivery it was found that they device was incorrect. person at call centre has escalated as I was the 4th person on wed to complain of this practice. unable to get hold of call centres and I have twice had the upgrade done (with calls recorded) and I want my order fulfilled.
I upgraded 2 cellphones over 6 weeks ago and was promised top dog vouchers. they were supposedly on the way. many visits to store later and promises from Brandon that I would have them the next day and still nothing. once they have my business they tend to ignore a person !!
billing excessive amounts and on top of that billing a R480 call out fee when they are making money on the dstv extra view and explora installation. R3730 to be exact. of that R1000 was billed for a 5 minute hook up of the decoders and they left sight leaving me to call dstv and ensure the decoders were working. their rationale is they pay for courses for their staff and also pay their staff well so they must recover this. they were happy to take cash R3500 to avoid the tax man taking his share.
